Our team runs the migration with you. It isn't a wizard you fire blindly and hope goes well: we review your case, copy the mailboxes with their history, and you pick the cutover day.

How many mailboxes, how big they are and what system they come from. The plan and the work window come out of that.
We copy the history
Messages arrive with their folders and their dates. Your inbox looks like it did — not empty, with the archive missing.
You change the MX when you say so
Until then mail keeps arriving at your current provider. You pick the date, not us.
We close the window
After the cutover we copy whatever arrived while DNS propagated, so nothing from moving day is lost.
This is a service run by people, not a button in the panel. For large volumes we do it in batches, so no team is left without email while the move is under way.
