How it works
A transformation proxy, not a repository
Three steps, and none of them moves a file.
Register your origin domain
The allowlist defines which sites your account may optimize. Without it, anyone could spend your plan serving someone else's images.
Change your image URLs
The <img> tag points at our domain with yours as a parameter. It is a find-and-replace in your template, not a migration.
We serve and cache
The first request transforms; the rest come from cache. Your server stops generating thumbnails and stops paying for that bandwidth.

Signed URLs with expiry
An open URL is an invitation for a stranger to request unlimited transformations against your quota. Signed, each link is valid only for the exact parameters it was generated with, and expires whenever you decide.

The free plan activates with one click from the panel. Paid plans are billed monthly alongside the rest of your services.
Beta: the service currently runs a single replica on a single node, so there is no high availability and these plans carry no Service Level Agreement. We also do not publish latency or throughput figures, because we have not measured them yet and would rather not give you a number we cannot stand behind. If the service goes down, your images remain reachable at your origin.

If you go over your quota
Paid plans are never cut off: overage is billed on the month's usage, each dimension separately. The Free plan never generates overage.
How to size your transformation quota
Each distinct image consumes two transformations before it settles in cache: the cache stores from the second request onward. So a catalog of 10,000 images spends around 20,000 transformations, not 10,000. We say it here rather than in the fine print because it is the difference between picking the right plan and getting a surprise in month one.

Prices in USD, billed monthly from the TruoCloud panel. Overage is charged separately on each dimension — $0.40 per 1,000 transformations, $0.80 per 100,000 deliveries and $0.01 per GB — on whatever exceeds your plan's quota. The Free plan has a hard cap and never generates overage: once exhausted, images are served straight from your origin, unoptimized, until the next month. Plans in Beta fall outside the availability commitment.

Hero image weight is usually what sinks Core Web Vitals. Automatic WebP and AVIF fix it without touching published articles.
User-uploaded content
You do not control what people upload. Normalizing it at delivery is cheaper than processing it on your server on the way in.
What it is not
It is not storage: we do not keep your originals and this does not replace a bucket. If what you need is to host the files, that is Object Storage S3.
